How to get abs within 1 month

Everybody desires abs, it's one of those body goals that most people desire to have. There are various exercises which one can perform to get abs, this, of course, has to be accompanied by a strict diet to enable maintenance to be easy. Let's dive into one of the exercises one can perform

  • Sit-ups
    is an exercise where one has to lie on their back, raise their torso midway attempting to reach the knees. Do this exercise at least 20 times. This will help in strengthening the core muscles, remember consistency is  key
  • Squats are also necessary to strengthen glute muscles and also the lower abdomen muscles.. Repeat this process at least 15 times
Doing these simple exercises can take less than 30 minutes a day so it's very much achievable to get abs
